This Take It Easy(TIE) cashback promotion (“Promotion”) runs from NZDT10.00AM Monday 2 December 2019 to NZDT6.00PM Tuesday 31 December 2019 (the “Promotional Period”), and applies exclusively to the purchase of vehicles from TIE by TIE customers (“TIE Customers”) using finance obtained by the TIE Customer to purchase that vehicle (Qualifying Purchases).
TIE Customers who participate in this Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotions or other offers whatsoever and is only available to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18.
Each TIE Customer who:
during the Promotional Period, pays to TIE the relevant vehicle deposit for a Qualifying Purchase and provides proof of that deposit payment to TIE; and
applies for, has approved and uses car vehicle finance of not less than NZD $5,000 over a finance term lasting three years or longer and which is arranged by TIE to complete that Qualifying Purchase; and
Completes that Qualifying Purchase at TIE’s full retail price; and
completes that Qualifying Purchase from TIE either during the Promotional Period or within 10 working days following the expiry of the Promotional Period, will be entitled to receive a cash back payment of NZD 500.00 per Qualifying Purchase (Cashback Payment), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
TIE will pay the Cashback Payment to the TIE Customer within 7 days of receipt by TIE of the total purchase price in respect of the Qualifying Purchase (including, but not limited to, payment by finance company to TIE of the relevant finance sum for the Qualifying Purchase).
A transfer of a Cashback Payment will only be made to a valid New Zealand bank account operated by the TIE Customer who is completing the Qualifying Purchase and who will be the legal owner of the vehicle. TIE shall not be liable if a TIE Customer provides an incorrect account number, name or other details which results in non-payment or non-receipt of a Cashback Payment.
Only one Cashback Payment per Qualifying Purchase may be made.
Each TIE Customer agrees that:
if they have obtained a Cashback Payment but then return any Qualifying Purchase, they will also return the Cashback Payment in full to TIE; and
the Cashback Payment is not transferable to a third party or exchangeable.
TIE reserves the right to accept or reject any claim made pursuant to this Promotion in its sole and absolute discretion including without limitation, rejecting claims for a Cashback Payment that are incorrect or incomplete.
TIE will not be liable for:
any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused or sustained by any TIE Customer under this Promotion; and
any failure to fulfil the Promotion, or to satisfy any of these Terms and Conditions, owing to circumstances beyond TIE’s reasonable control.
By participating in this Promotion, each TIE Customer consents to TIE using the relevant TIE Customer’s personal information to administer this Promotion including disclosing the TIE Customer’s personal information to organisations that assist TIE with administering this Promotion.
TIE may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
